Our checkout system will automatically calculate accurate shipping charges for postcode and address as you proceed through the checkout. You will be given 1 or 2 options.
IF YOU WISH TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER DIRECT FROM US YOU WILL NEED TO Contact Us.
ALSO IF YOU ARE ORDERING ONE OF OUR LARGE ITEMS PLEASE Contact Us. WE WILL THEN CONTACT YOU WITH THE APPROPRIATE FREIGHT METHOD AND COST FOR THAT ITEM DEPENDING ON THE AREA YOU LIVE IN.
Option 1: Australia Post

Our checkout system will accuratly calculate shipping from Australia post using their most up to date prices, this system works on postcode so Town name is not essential to have right, this service will always be offered.
Austpost have a 20kg limit per parcel, unfortunately our system does not have the ability to split orders into multiple boxes so if Australia post is not offered try splitting your order into two orders, if your not sure about this please just Contact Us and we will help you sort it out.
Alternatively if you wish to order multiple products which can be packed inside each other you will need to Contact Us and we will work out your best freight options and price.
Our checkout system will calculate shipping through Fastway couriers if both the postcode AND town name are correct, if these are incorrect a fastway option will not be displayed in the checkout.
For Example if someone lives in the Suburb of Mowbray in Launceston Tasmania, their postcode is 7248. Putting "Launceston" as their town gives no fastway estimate, putting "Mowbray" works fine.
Click here for a Australia post tool that tells you the suburb names for a postcode, make sure you are using the right postcode and suburb/town name.
If you are convinced you have the correct postcode and town/suburb name this probably means that fastway couriers do not service your area, in this case just use Australia post.
Fastway have a 25kg limit per parcel, similar to Australia post so if you go over 25kg Fastway will not be offered in the checkout. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us.
Alternatively if you wish to order multiple products which can be packed inside each other you will need to Contact Us and we will work out your best freight options and price.
To change your postcode and town information simply login and and navigate to Your account > Personal Info.
PLEASE NOTE:- Fastway require a signature on receipt of your order. Please check your order before signing as a signature means you have received the order in good condition and voids an insurance claim. If you are not going to be home and have somewhere safe for your order to be left contact us to give them the authority to leave without signature - once again this voids the insurance.
Payment
You will be given two options for payment.
Option 1. Print order form
This option will create a order form containing the relevant details of your order and details for payment.
There are 4 ways you can use the order form.
1. Mail-in Credit Card,
The form has spaces for credit card details, if you would like to fill out your credit card details on the form and then mail that to us. Credit card details will be handled with strict professionalism and safety and disposed of once used.
2. Mail-in Cheque,
Simply fill out a cheque as instructed on the form and post along with the form to the address on the form.
3. Direct deposit,
Use the direct deposit details on the form to deposit your payment into our account, keep the form for your own records.
4. Call us with your credit card details,
Print off the form and then call us and we can process your credit card purchase over the phone.
Option 2. Paypal
Paypal is the worlds largest and most secure online merchant, if you would like to pay us via paypal then select this option and our checkout will take you to paypal to securely pay for your order. Using paypal you can pay using credit cards or bank accounts, using credit cards through paypal is instant and we will recieve your money instantly and can process your order accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: Once payment for your order is received by us we will make your order. As we have a huge range, only a limited number of our products are kept in stock. Also, as we have different colour options for you to select from, your order is made especially for you. Therefore your order may take a day or two before it leaves and depending on your location could take up to 7 days to be freighted to you. If you require your order in a specified time frame i.e. for a gift please let us know and we will endeavour to get the order to you in time. Please keep in mind that Fastway will require a signature on delivery. If you are not going to be home and have a safe place for it to be left you will have to contact us so that we can give Fastway the authority to leave your order without signature.
RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: We ONLY accept returns for damaged or faulty goods. Should your product be damaged in transit please Contact Us IMMEDIATELY for instructions.
